Pricing Errors
In the event a products price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, poolproductsdirect.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Poolproductsdirect.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, poolproductsdirect.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect purchase.

Shipping
Most product orders are shipped within 24 hrs. via UPS or RPS. Spa's can take up to 2-4 weeks to receive, and will be shipped by truck line. Spa's must be picked up by the nearest local terminal. If you have any other questions regarding shipping please email us at apools2000@aol.com.
All prices shown are for products shipped within the 48 continental United States. Please call or email for extra shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international orders.

Sales Taxes
Poolproductdirect.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Minnesota. Each customer shall be responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Manufacturer's Warranty
All returns and replacements occurring after 30 days from the invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.

Return Policy
All returns are to be made within 7 business days of purchase and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customers will be held responsible for the cost of freight back to Pool Products Direct. Absolutely no returns on chemicals, motors, heater replacement parts, or any other electrical components as it is outlawed by the federal government. No returns on opened items. All returns must be approved by PPD and can be done so by emailing to Apools2000@aol.com.
